The practice is focused on primarily supporting doctors by treating adults (i.e. 16 years and older) referred under a Mental Health Care Plan. Clients can attend in person, online or over the telephone. Treatment is also available through Workcover, NDIS, Victim Services and EAP.
MEDICARE - Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP)
People with various mental health concerns are able to access 10 counselling sessions per calendar year by getting a Mental Health Care Plan from their doctor. The client pays the practice fee and then they receive $141.85 from Medicare for each session. Contact your doctor to discuss whether you are suitable for this service.
TELEHEALTH - (Online & Telephone Sessions)
Clients are now able to access treatment online or over the phone. For the rural community and clients across Australia they can now access treatment from the privacy of their own home. All you need is a confidential/ private location and internet service or telephone reception.
WORKERS COMPENSATION
Referrals are accepted for clients with approved claims through their doctor and/or rehabilitation provider.
NDIS
The practice is able to treat NDIS clients who have self managed plans or plans managed by external third party providers. The practice is not a NDIS Provider.
EAP
Clients need to contact their nominated workplace Employee Assistance Program to arrange an appointment. This treatment option is specifically short term in nature and it may also be available for family members dependent on the employee’s organisation.
Victim Services
The Victims Support Scheme is available to anyone who has experienced an act of violence in NSW.This service is available to primary victims, secondary victims, family victims and certain family members of homicide victims. An act of violence is an act or series of related acts that apparently occurred in committing a criminal offence, involved violent conduct, resulted in physical or psychological injury, or death.
Victim services offer up to 22 hours of counselling through their approved counsellors. Once the allocation is used, further hours can be approved where exceptional reasons are evident, or the applicant was a victim of child sexual assault or child abuse.

The Alcohol & Drug Information Service (ADIS) is a free and confidential counselling helpline for NSW residents with concerns around alcohol and/or drug misuse and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ADIS is staffed by professional counsellors who provide education, information, counselling, support and referrals to other appropriate services in NSW.
